走在流浪的路上

打Part1純粹是因為經歷這些步驟之後，我還是不知道自己申請到哪裡的宿舍、幾人房、要付多少錢，哀，我只能說荷蘭可能真的佷地狹人稠，又或者是我們這些國際學生實在是太心急了！（這是反諷法）

首先HvA會寄一封信，標題為：“Accommodation in Amsterdam for Exchange students Spring 2012“ (我是下學期才去交換的）
裡面會附有宿舍介紹的連結（http://www.international.hva. nl/study-at-hva/housing/index. htm），但裡面除了各個宿舍的位置甚麼也沒有（房型、價錢都不在裡面）然後他會另外給你一個網址讓你註冊並繳250歐的房屋仲介費（housing fee。順帶一提，原價300歐，早點付錢有50歐元的discount）。為甚麼會有房屋仲介費這種費用呢？因為UvA(University of Amsterdam)還有HvA ( 阿姆斯特丹商學院)都沒有campus，當然也沒有學生宿舍，所以他們就委託了兩家房屋仲介業者，在學校附近找了幾間公寓出租給國際學生當作學生宿舍，房屋仲介費當然就出現了。

點進去學校給你的連結並註冊完畢後，就是選宿舍啦！


不要問如果點選Single room with private facilities + Less than 1900歐的選項會出現甚麼，因為我也不知道，一切只能靜待學校寄Email通知你。
不過Period基本上只能選擇兩種，一種就是2012/1/18~2012/7/6，另外一種就是2012/1/18~2012/8/14，
因為學校在7月初有補考的時間，所以如果你覺得你要補考/有留在這個城市的計畫就選到8/14吧！

接下來就是宿舍的相關規定，包括跟你說這個250歐元是不會退還給你的、如果你要交換一年的話請付一年的費用，因為分開繳比較貴(一年打完折housing fee = 400歐吧)、不能保證一定會有宿舍但是他們會盡全力等等之類的。


再來就是付款了，全部採用線上刷卡，輸入信用卡號後會馬上付款。（我一按確定一分鐘內我爸就收到簡訊了）但是他們刷的是美金，250歐元經過他們的換算結果實際上是刷350美金。
然後你就會得到以下的電子收據：


最後會跳到這個頁面，你的電子信箱內也會有這個系統寄來的確認信，接下來可以做什麼呢？



就是等待.....從11月6日刷卡到現在，昨天我終於收到一封信了！
開頭如下

Dear Shin Chen,

During the period 25 November 2011 – 15 January 2012 you will receive one of the following options (please check your mailbox on a daily basis):

信件的內容佷長，荷蘭人的好習慣是每一件事情都會寫得鉅細靡遺。
他說接下來我會有2個選擇：
選擇一、

- A room offer by email from housing corporation De Key. The email will contain the address, rental price and other important facts about the room that has been reserved for you. It also contains detailed information on how to confirm the reservation.

- You will have to confirm this reservation within 3 working days of receiving the room offer.（所以要每天check mail喔） If you do not respond to the room offer on time your reservation will be cancelled.（千萬不要以身試法...）

- You will have to make a first payment via bank transfer within 5 working days to the housing corporation（又要付錢了）. You will have to send a proof of payment to the housing corporation also within these 5 working days.      

選擇二、（簡化過的版本）
You will receive an invitation from the international office/admissions office of your faculty or school to register online with housing corporation DUWO.You will receive a room offer or invitation between 25 November 2011 – 15 January 2012. We ask you to be patient as the housing corporations will need time to process all the applications.
妙的是他後面特別說了The process of being assigned a room can take a long time for some students. We understand that this is difficult and can be stressful, but we ask for your consideration.
